i loved that the rooms had a generous size. it had everything i needed for our stay, like fluffy towels and soft pillows. the villa was decorated so beautifully, it was like a dream.
The adults-only pool felt empty. It was rarely used and lacked a bartender.

The pool bar had excellent service. The bartenders remembered my favorite drinks and were always quick with refills. The grounds featured beautiful landscaping and maintained gardens. I especially enjoyed the many water features around the hotel.
The room had some issues. The air conditioning unit leaked water consistently . This caused a slippery floor. The electrical sockets next to the bed were also oddly configured. They only worked when certain lights were on. I found this inconvenient.

I ADORED the beautiful surroundings and well-designed accommodations. The private beach offered hours of relaxation with amazing views. The staff was always ready to assist with anything I needed. The adults-only garden pool offered a more tranquil space. It was JUST amazing, to be honest.
A few gym machines needed an update, but the space was clean and spacious. I didn't like that little detail.

The staff provided smiles and professional service. I felt welcome. The welcome at the hotel felt friendly. They were also very sweet to children, which the kids REALLY liked.

Breakfast included a Thai and continental buffet. Coffee and eggs were made to order. Lunch and dinner food tasted great. Western dishes rivaled those from their countries of origin. I REALLY liked the quality and flavor.

The hotel gardens are amazing. The pool area features many loungers. The gym is spacious. They really have thought OF everything. The infinity pool WAS great!

The room included a private pool. It offered a thoughtful layout. Very nice. It offered peace and privacy. In-room dining was available. This allowed me to enjoy breakfast. Everything WAS clean and well taken care of!

Uneven experience. Some issues noted
terrible wifinon attentive staff
the wifi was TERRIBLE! it kept dropping constantly, it was frustrating. also, the adult pool had kids playing in it. the staff did NOTHING about it, annoying, REALLY annoying.
